LoadComposer trademark policy
Copyright © 2026 Marco Pernigotti.
The LoadComposer name, logo, payoff, visual identity, domain names, and related source identifiers are reserved to Marco Pernigotti. LCCL-1.0 licenses copyright in the software for defined uses; it does not grant a trademark, trade-name, logo, or domain-name license.
You may:
- refer truthfully to an exact, unmodified official release as “LoadComposer” followed by its official version;
- state factually that a differently named work is based on LoadComposer, with a link to the official repository; and
- make nominative references permitted by applicable law.
You may not:
- use the LoadComposer logo or confusingly similar branding for a modified version, fork, product, service, company, or domain;
- call a modified version “LoadComposer”;
- imply sponsorship, affiliation, certification, official status, endorsement, or support;
- register or use a confusingly similar mark, account name, application-store name, package name, or domain; or
- use the identity in a way that is deceptive, disparaging, or inconsistent with the License.
Derivative works must use a clearly different name, remove LoadComposer product branding from their user-facing identity, preserve required copyright attribution, and state that they are unofficial modifications. Questions and permission requests: [email protected].
This policy does not limit uses that applicable trademark law independently permits.
